  • Assistance Dogs of Hawaii AKA Canine Companions − $17,500 grant was used as a challenge grant to fund the next phase of the scent detection research. Assistance Dogs was able to get two other donors to match the donation at $10,000 per donor.   Healthcare  http://assistancedogshawaii.org/
  • Maui RSVP − $20,000 grant to benefit the forming of the Nabavi Legacy fund and Maui RSVP to raise money through Maui restaurants to support other non-profits on Maui. Education  http://mauirsvp.org/
